Merivale Park (MP) is a small boutique riding pony stud situated in the beautiful Goulburn Valley VIC, approx. 1 1/2 hours drive from the heart of Melbourne.

Merivale Park was named after the stunning property my parents owned in Esperance W.A. This property was bordered by the gorgeous Mt Merivale to one side and a national park full of wildflowers on the other, with approx. ten minutes drive to the beautiful white-sand beaches.

Esperance beaches are amongst the most breathtaking in the world. I could not think of a more beautiful place to name my stud after. Afterall, a stud that breeds beautiful riding ponies needs a beautiful name.

Our stud was established close to 12 years ago and we are more than thrilled with our pony's success'.

With the purchase of our stallion Myscal Encore several years ago, we are now looking forward to the future. He has exceeded all expectations by producing outstanding types, clean and refined fronts and wonderful temperaments.

We were thrilled when MP Town Fair was awarded Supreme Riding Pony exhibit at the 2005 Melbourne Royal as a yearling and again in 2006 as 2yr old. He is a gorgeous bay colt to mature galloway. He was purchased by Nancy Miller to cover her lovely galloway mares.

We have a small band of exceptionally bred brood mares combining the best of english bloodlines. We currently breed 11.2 - 14.2hh Riding Ponies.
